Palo Alto / Crêpes & Hair Products

Spent the day in Palo Alto and had crêpes at the Douce France cafe. We tried La Tatin (apple cinnamon) which tasted like an apple pie and La Suzette (orange and vanilla) which was my favorite!

Then went to the Stanford Shopping Center and at Beautyland everything was 50% off so I stocked up on hair products. The Batiste Dry Shampoo in Wild, and Paul Mitchell's original Seal and Shine thermal protection and The Shine finishing spray. Looking back on it now, I wish I had bought a lot more.

New York Times redesign

My redesign for the New York Times focuses around the lifestyle of New Yorkers who are always on the go in the morning. The newspaper is designed to allow the reader to read the full articles on the go. Newspapers are so large that people fold them in half in order to take them around. in this design the title, article and photo are all on one half, so nothing gets cut off when it is folded in half and it can be easily read on your morning commute on the subway.
